About the Owner
Sherry Deen, RN, BScN, Master's in Adult Education
The founder of Cadence Care is a Registered Nurse with more than 20 years of multifaceted experience in the healthcare sector. Her extensive clinical career began as a PSW in community and hospital settings, before advancing through roles as a Registered Practical Nurse and successfully bridging to her current role as a Registered Nurse.
Driven by a lifelong goal of educating others, she attained a Master’s degree in Education to mentor the next generation of nursing professionals. Her diverse specialty background includes community care, medical-surgical, Emergency, and ICU nursing. Having taught in college and clinical environments, she is now dedicated to empowering nursing students, New grads, and clinical facilities as a consultant, mentor, tutor, and coach by sharing her deep clinical knowledge and real-world expertise.
